There isn't a clear line of promotion possibility for the work that I am currently doing.

The culture in the team that I am in (and adjacent teams) is great! Everyone is highly supportive of one another and get along great. There might be times in which employees may be expected to work overtime closer to launch so it may get stressful then.

There isn't much diversity but it seems like the p&c team are trying to change that through increased awareness across the company. Recently there has been more diverse hires recently which is promising to see.

Very happy with everyone that I work with, the project that I am on is highly engaging and I feel like I have autonomy over my work and being supported at the same time

My direct manager is helpful and we collaborate well during our work. There is clear and open communication.

The office space is great, and have plenty of technical equipment and resources to help employees - I enjoy the environment that I work in. However, it would be great if there are more parking spaces closer to the building that I work in, and preferably on non-gravel surfaces too!

I applied at the beginning of the year and did not receive a response for 3-4 months. At the time of my offer I was considering offers from a number of companies and if I had been called a week later I would have almost certainly already accepted a position

To my knowledge, graduate salaries are pretty usual compared to the market

Training is a bit sporadic and although there are some defined training paths I have found a lot was left up to me to figure out what was worth learning

Rocket Lab is pretty flexible. I definitely tend to do more than my contracted hours though but I don't mind as the work is engaging
