Your Role

• Assist in the development and implementation of transformation projects across various business units.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Attend meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting materials.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
• Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to support transformation initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of communication plans related to transformation projects.

Training & Development

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on transformation projects and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals. This is a 12-month paid internship.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated pay for this role ranges from $54,000 to $87,000 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

About You

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field within the past 12 months.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for innovation and transformation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
