Your role

The Team:

HP’s Digital and Transformation organization (D&TO) is seeking an experienced Transformation Management Office (TMO) Intern.

You will work across the D&TO organization on key transformation initiatives to ensure the timely and optimal delivery of the initiatives, leading and managing certain initiatives as assigned. You will partner with business leaders to proactively identify new transformational opportunities and help develop business cases. You will support Executive Communications covering Digital Transformation progress.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with the Digital and Transformation team to

  • Developing code source that the API Management Platform will use.
  • Helping with the documentation that our internal software community will use.
  • Supporting software testing activities.
  • Brainstorming new ways to improve their agile process.
  • Brainstorming new product ideas.

Training & development

It's a 12-week paid Summer 2024 Internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real-world challenges. The internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, and big meaty projects. The intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, allow you to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $25 -- $36 hourly.

About you

Education and Experience Required:

  • 2nd or 3rd Year of University completed or 1st year of Master's completed--typically a technical degree specialization.

Preferred Majors:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with a focus on Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
