Your Role

  • In partnership with the DEI Director of North America and Global DEI Center of Excellence, this position will be responsible for creating and implementing DEI programs, fostering a sense of belonging among employees, and working with cross-functional partners to achieve results.
  • Assists with the developing and execution of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging deliverables, initiatives, and programs, by designing, improving, and implementing programs and processes to foster employee engagement and retention across the North America Coca-Cola System. 
  • Leads coordination efforts for regional for various DEI internal and external initiatives.
  • Partners with internal Inclusion Networks to build on initiatives to drive an engaging culture of belonging.

This is accomplished through structured learning, working with colleagues from across the network, and taking on development assignments to get on-the-job learning. Coca-Cola provides digital learning offerings across a variety of topics for self-paced exploration and cohort-based experiences to learn with and from others.

Salary & Benefits

The total compensation package for this position may include other elements depending on the position offered. The estimated salary for this role ranges from approximately $43,000 to $72,000 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another related field and not graduating before December 2023.
  • Requires high attention to detail, critical thinking, creativity, growth mindset, and resilience to deliver DEI initiatives journey
  • Must be community-minded, innovative in the approach to completing our mission, and supporting the organizational values.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from all walks of life and understanding, passion, and willingness to learn about and from others.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong communication skills.
