Your Role

• Anticipate and identify time requirements; monitor and maintain schedules and meetings with the use of Zoom.
• Identify and track learning metrics to ensure the effectiveness and ROI of programs/initiatives
• Assist and support in product launches and rollouts
• Facilitate and utilize business knowledge to prioritize new requests and identify key players in the process.  Creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates, while maintaining the security and confidentiality of any sensitive information.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development and improvement of existing tools and applications.
• Share best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet our team and our cross-functional team’s needs. You will adapt to organizational changes and new responsibilities.

Compensation & benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $34,000 - $54,000. You'll also receive the following benefits:

About You

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently 
• 0-1 year of full-time relevant experience
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience 
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
