Your Role

  • Become aware of associate needs and participate in discussions to address identified gaps
  • Manage key milestones and deliverables related to their assigned internship project
  • Take initiative, remain bold in their ideas and actively participate in all discussions
  • Conduct internal and external research/benchmarking as appropriate
  • Partner with other associates across teams/functions to identify solutions and present recommendations
  • Build their network of People professionals across the enterprise and receive direct exposure to several People leaders
  • Receive support and guidance from a host of individuals including mentors and a dedicated Program Manager

Compensation & benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $34,000 - $54,000. You'll also receive the following benefits:
