This internship opportunity is in an in-house video production group, TI Studios. This team is responsible for the broad production of videos for TI, including concept, script development, and voiceover recording, as well as photography services, for products, people, and company storytelling.

Training, development & rotations

To ensure that the company has a consistent approach to equipping new managers to lead at TI, the company created an enterprise-wide leadership development program for frontline managers. This program augments on-the-job learning and development initiatives, where the company reinforces the importance of new experiences and roles to build strong leaders.
To expand the frontline learning experience by adding programs dedicated to frontline manufacturing supervisor experience, and creating an award-winning program for mid-level leaders.

Designed rotation programs to provide development opportunities for recent college graduates and assist with their transition from student to professional. Each program gives you experience in a variety of roles based on your area of interest. You’ll get to move around and work with different teams, learn from technical experts, and connect with other new graduates.
