Training, Development & Rotations

As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to enhance skill sets for the next generation, a group of trainees from ADNOC have started a two-year professional development program at the Schlumberger Middle East and Asia Learning Center to train in upstream engineering disciplines. The joint-initiative includes educational instruction on in-field technical equipment and on a custom-built training rig.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated total pay for this role is from $60,000 to $192,000 per year. Employees may join in a wide selection of benefit programs as soon as they become eligible. They may be eligible to the following benefits once they are qualified.

About You

  • You must have completed three years of an undergraduate degree, or be in a Master’s or PhD program, in engineering, applied science, manufacturing, or supply chain.
