The Operations Rotational Development Program (ORDP) is a rotational leadership development program. ORDP hires top talent who have graduated within the last 2 years from college with a bachelors or masters, and prepares them for successful contributions to Roche/Genentech’s Pharma Technical Operations (PT). The program gives ORDP Analysts the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the core PT functions that are critical to the manufacturing of Genentech/Roche products. ORDP Analysts can rotate in any of the business areas of PT including: Biologics Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Global Engineering and Strategy, Product Development, Technical Innovation, and Global Pharma Procurement.
Rotational projects support specific business needs throughout PT. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors. Training and development for ORDP Analysts includes:
Salaries for interns at Roche are ranging from $3.000 to more than $7.000 monthly depending on roles and position. A marketing intern receives $3.700, a finance intern gets $4.100, a product management intern may get $4.000-$5.000, a research and development intern receives $5.000-$7.000, a diagnostic IT receives $4.000, a clinical operation and biometric intern gets $5.000, and a manufacturing engineer intern gets $4.000 monthly.
