Work-Life Balance

At PwC work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual). For professionals who select a virtual role, they'll primarily work virtually, unless they have to be in the office or at a client site for key events. Employees work both in-person and virtually and will spend 1-3 days per week (on average) at a PwC office or a client site and work virtually the remainder of the time.

About You

• Researching and analyzing tax laws, rules and regulations, pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
• Interacting with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications; and,
• Demonstrating self-motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development. A desire to pursue a career in Tax. As a tax technical professional, experience researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals. Exposure to automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
• Researching and analyzing tax laws, rules and regulations, pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
• Interacting with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications; and,
• Demonstrating self-motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
• Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; and,
• Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Master's Degree major in Accounting, Taxation, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Computer Systems Analysis & Accounting, Information CyberSecurity & Accounting, Information Technology & Accounting, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Systems Engineering & Accounting
