If you are applying for an internship, it is guaranteed that you will get the best experience. PwC welcomes interns to participate in leadership and technical training, ‘client experience’ where interns will directly work with PwC partners, principals, and staff. The intern will also get PwC’s leadership development and PwC’s shadow experience, where the intern will get first-hand experience to manage a large management team, just like a partner or principal. While going through your internship, you will get the opportunity to build your networks.

Work-Life Balance

At PwC work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual). For professionals who select a virtual role, they'll primarily work virtually, unless they have to be in the office or at a client site for key events. Employees work both in-person and virtually and will spend 1-3 days per week (on average) at a PwC office or a client site and work virtually the remainder of the time.

Company Culture

PwC is made up of 55,000 people of different races, ethnicities, genders, backgrounds, religions, and beliefs. But together, all employees are in one firm united by purpose and values. PwC continues to build a culture of belonging, one that moves from awareness to empathy and demonstrates inclusive leadership. But as much as learned from progress, and knows that PwC is not yet where it wants to be. As a purpose-led and values-driven organization, PwC is using its talent and its resources to be a voice for change and knows that to be a leader, PwC must continue to do better. PwC will continue to be bold, intentional, and unwavering in its commitment to transparency and accountability.
