Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Work closely with Human Capital Team members to design and migrate HC Portal from Google to SharePoint online.
  • Set up SharePoint repository structure including access controls and permissions.
  • Create and customize SharePoint sites, including organizing document libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts.
  • Tailor SharePoint site templates to match branding guidelines.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions and security settings effectively.
  • Convert documents to MS 365 format as needed.
  • Create guides to govern the usage of SharePoint.

Work-life balance

At PwC work model includes three ways of working - virtual, in-person, and flex. For professionals who select a virtual role, they'll primarily work virtually, unless they must be in the office or at a client site for key events. Employees work both in-person and virtually and will spend one to three days per week on average at a PwC office or a client site and work virtually the remainder of the time. Flex is encouraged for interns and new associates to take full advantage of the new joiner experience. About you

To apply for this role, you have to meet the following qualifications:

  • Degree education with a focus on Information, Web Design, Communication, or Digital Technologies.
  • Proficiency in using MS 365 tools and familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer is a plus.
  • Ability to design websites and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS Power Automate.
  • Understanding of UI design principles and UX best practices for creating intuitive and visually appealing SharePoint sites.
  • Capability to document requirements, design choices, and implementation details accurately.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills to convey thoughts clearly and concisely.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and confident individual.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills preferred.
