Your role

About the Firmwide Corporate Services:

PwC's Firmwide Corporate Services unite to provide top-notch internal support, spanning various functions. Not all talents work directly with clients; many excel within PwC, where endless opportunities await in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ideate, design then develop holistic people analytics reports. 
  • Apply advanced data analysis techniques and transform HR data into actionable insights.
  • Enhance intellectual analytical capabilities by integrating available HR data sets with big data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable analytics-based critical decision-making.
  • Work closely within the HR Technology team to continuously develop people metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure elements such as:
    • Engagement, Productivity, and Cost across the employee lifecycle.
    • Efficiency and effectiveness of PwC's various People initiatives.

Requirements for this internship: 

  • Student from Business Administration / Human Resources / Data Analytics / Business Informatics or relevant courses.
  • Have a passion for uncovering the mystery behind human capital management with data, using big data, AI, statistics, and SQL queries.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about solving problems, relentless need for investigation, and data exploration.
