Your Role

  • Support Corporate Services professionals in delivering strategic outcomes that enable productivity and efficiency for the Firm and our employees
  • Assist with project or program management, evaluation, and metrics reporting
  • Review program analytics or services to identify opportunities for improvements or enhancements
  • Gather, maintain, and report on cross-functional data to support team objectives
  • Work with regional colleagues to support global initiatives
  • Assist with the creation, review, and editing of strategic materials or presentations
  • Support various financial, risk, and transformation analyses and work streams

Training & development

  • A 10-week Summer Analyst Program beginning in June.
  • An intensive hands-on introduction to Corporate Services at Morgan Stanley.
  • In-depth exposure to a specific Corporate Services function, while gaining a broader understanding of the division’s functional teams: Real Estate Services, Property Management, Corporate Information Management, Corporate Security & Investigations, Corporate Travel & Meetings Management, Global Centers, and Office of the COO.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$30 - US$32 per hour. Career progression

The Summer Analyst Program begins with a training and development curriculum that covers the fundamental and professional skills you need to be successful in the program. After a brief training period, Summer Analysts and Associates will be assigned to a specific industry group, building a strong foundation in the basic skills of fundamental analysis, accounting, and valuation. There will be networking opportunities and ongoing training throughout the program.

About you

  • You are pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025; Open to all majors
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Track record of academic excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at solving problems and developing efficient processes
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize meaningful summaries
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and manage time effectively
