Consultants attend at least five weeks of formal programming in their first two years, starting with EMBARK, McKinsey's basic consulting training, plus advanced sessions on team management and client leadership. Competitive salaries and attractive benefits packages are offered depending on the division you are working in at McKinsey. You may be eligible to receive a bonus that is typically paid once a year and is calculated based on your year-end performance rating. Employees can earn additional compensation and benefits which include health and life insurance, mental health care, health, retiree and saving accounts, family and parenting program, vacation and time-off, free food packs, tuition assistance, and job training. This role's annual compensation ranges from approximately $62,000 to $101,000.
