Your Role

  • You will be assisting with transactions early in the deal process, identifying key issues, and coordinating the credit response.
  • Conducting real-time, ongoing, and self-initiated monitoring of counterparty developments/market changes, reviewing new counterparties (primarily fund counterparties, special purpose vehicles, and corporates), and providing recommendations and opinions on the establishment of limits is also a function of this role.
  • You will also be responsible for the Annual review of existing counterparty limits and monitoring credit exposures, as well as performing due diligence and negotiation of legal documentation and recommending appropriate mitigants.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position ranges from $81,000 to $122,000 per year.  Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. About You

  • Persuasive communication skills (both written and verbal), combined with confidence when being challenged will be necessary in this role as you liaise with the traders/marketers and respond to trading requests.
  • Banking, credit research, alternative lending, or rating agency experience specifically with credit analysis of private credit and private equity funds is helpful.
  • Experience with derivative transactions and ISDA negotiations is highly beneficial.
  • Some understanding of consumer lending, corporate lending, equity, and debt trading is helpful.
