Your role

  • Demonstrate a passion for designing the best possible user experience through understanding customer problems and working to communicate those problems along with the opportunities they present;
  • Work to align with our product management partners to understand use cases, define workflows and storyboards, and convert them into concrete screen flows, wireframes, and other visual design deliverables in order to quickly arrive at a design iteration;
  • Actively own and contribute to product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design sessions;

About you

  • You must be enrolled in a degree program (i.e. Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc) 
  • Mcmillan accepts applicants graduating with their degree in Spring 2022. 
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, or other similar graphic and wireframe tools (there are many, but what we’re looking for is the ability to communicate concepts visually using digital — often web-based — tools);
