Your Role

  • Daily order processing for International, as well as daily customer service responsibilities.
  • Update & Maintain seasonal Canada/International Editions database and metadata. 
  • Work with International reps, Children & Adult Canadian NAMs to prepare monthly sales presentations, as will help prepare for sales meetings and book fairs.
  • Update and maintain International account details on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with Sales Reps globally on a regular basis. 
  • The primary point of the administrative contact for Indigo and Raincoast for data feeds, including all the additional steps needed to upload Macmillan data feeds into Indigo systems and Catalyst.
  • Assist seasonal Big Book Previews and seasonal presentations.
  • Prepare and circulate Indigo's top 25 report and other reports.
  • Solicit Raincoast P& B estimates quantities weekly.
  • Maintain C format grid; request C format ISBNs seasonally.

Salary & Benefits

This role will have an annual salary of $47,500. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
