Your Role

• Support leadership across the organization to optimize processes and flows.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the Labor Management System.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct time studies and provide recommendations.
• Influences decision-making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and improvement workshops across the DC network.
• Build dashboards and visuals to aid in reporting and help understand trends. Present findings as projects conclude.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated pay for this role ranges from $72,000 to $112,000 per year. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

About You

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or other quantitative business discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of supply chain experience. 
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and interpret data. 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues.  
• Strong communication skills, communicate effectively, and work well in team structures.  
• Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes while prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks. 
• Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail.
