About Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin was born out of the merger of Lockheed Corporation and Martin Marietta in 1995, with both companies working within the same industry that they are primarily known for today—aerospace and defense manufacturing. Lockheed specifically was involved in producing World War II fighter jets.

Your role

  • Configuration Control activities are implemented on the program. Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings are conducted on the program.
  • Development, preparation, and change control of the contractor change controlled PDDP, Government change controlled TDP, before and after production baseline.
  • Review and release of the subcontractor/vendor Statement of Requirements (SOR).
  • Leading and mentoring program CM/DM team members
  • Preparing, publishing, and revising the contractor’s Configuration change-controlled Management Plan (CMP)
  • Protect and maintain the government and contractor controlled technical data package.

Compensation & benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$69,443 - US$73,434. About you

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office applications including a high level of proficiency with Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
  • Effective analytical problem solving skills, the ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, be able to learn and work with software tools
