About JPMorgan Chase

JPMorgan Chase is a leader in financial services, offering solutions to clients in more than 100 countries with one of the most comprehensive global product platforms available. They have been helping their clients to do business and manage their wealth for more than 200 years.

Your role

About the program:

Are you curious about portfolio management and investment strategies? They are looking for energetic, creative talent to join their global team of experts to develop innovative investment strategies for their clients.

You'll collaborate with industry experts to develop investment solutions for their corporate, government, not-for-profit, and individual clients worldwide. You'll work with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers, and client advisors to analyze and execute investment strategies. Help build their clients' futures while developing your expertise in a dynamic team environment.

In your application, please indicate your top two choices for our investment products teams:

  • Equities: They manage a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders who have expertise in helping clients of all sizes.
  • Fixed Income: They offer an array of debt solutions, including investment grade, high yield, and emerging market debt.
  • Hedge Funds: They manage hedge fund portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth individuals, offering a broad range of products and capabilities to help investors reach their objectives.
  • Highbridge: A differentiated, credit and volatility-focused franchise with the flexibility to invest opportunistically across the capital structure and liquidity spectrum through an investment platform that includes hedge funds and committed, closed-end vehicles with longer-term holding periods.
  • Liquidity: They help clients invest within a range of currencies, risk levels, and durations, including taxable and tax-free money market funds, short-term fixed-income funds and separately managed accounts.
  • Multi-Asset Solutions: They utilize capital markets investing, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management to develop portfolio solutions for their clients.
  • Real Estate: They come up with innovative ways to invest in real estate.

Training & development

Their nine-week program kicks off with a week of induction, where you'll have training and orientation to their businesses and gain the technical and practical knowledge you'll need to start contributing to their teams. You'll then join one of their investment products teams, where you'll work with senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support their client's needs. These solutions will give you exposure to various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds, and private equity.
