Your Role

• Participants will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm.
• Develop recommendations to improve the bank’s operational and financial performance.
• Design new customer value propositions and help deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Support the build, launch, and delivery of products to solve customer challenges.
• Re-engineer critical processes and help lead key organizational and change initiatives.
• Leverage data and platforms to drive decision-making and improve the business architecture.

Salary & Benefits

J.P. Morgan offers a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. The firm also offers a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, and more. The base salary for this role is approximately $47.07. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.

About You

• Seeking students who are currently enrolled, in good standing, at accredited universities in the U.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2024 to Spring 2025.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Strong collaboration skills, critical thinking, and analyzing data.
• Basic understanding of financial services
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English
