The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$43,000 - US$61,000. As a test vehicle design engineer intern, the candidate will also work closely with other stakeholders from different organizations within the company to incorporate their inputs into the PKG design. Job function also involves managing design schedules, conducting design reviews, and guiding in the package tape-out process.
