As a co-op in IBM Services, you’ll be aligned to a Salesforce consulting project or initiative and see first-hand how IBM helps businesses change the way they work.

    Salary & Benefits

    IBM offers a competitive salary and benefits program, designed to help employees build a solid financial foundation for meeting a diverse array of needs - health care, income protection, retirement security, and personal interests.  IBM provides a range of options, to allow you to design a program that meets your personal or family circumstances. IBMers may designate between 1% and 10% of their eligible compensation, up to specific plan and regulatory limits, to purchase IBM stock through automatic payroll deduction. The salary for this role ranges from approximately $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

    About You

    Candidates should possess one or more of the following:

    • Previous co-op experience
    • Available to start full-Time within one year of Co-op completion
    • Exposure to Salesforce
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, great professionalism
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and not afraid to ask questions
