Responsibilities

• Represents the Product Engineering team in all matters related to the electrical testing and quality of complex thermal ink-jet products.
• Collaborates on cross-functional engineering teams to develop, deploy, and maintain reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality electrical test solutions.
• Qualifies and implements test plans and parameters for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, and end-to-end data integrity.
• Communicates design, qualification, and issue investigation progress/status to management and internal and/or outsourced development partners.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Newly graduated (within the past year) or scheduled to graduate in 2022.

Knowledge and Skills Desired

• Demonstrated ability to contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams.
• Use of empirical analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to evaluate and validate component, circuit, and hardware designs.
• Use of data analysis tools to proactively identify and resolve functional or manufacturing process-related issues.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JMP and SQL.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, silicon processing, and CMOS circuits.
• A fundamental understanding of thermal ink-jet products is a plus.
• Basic knowledge and use of electrical design tools and software packages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English
