Your Role

  • Four-year university students who are working in a non-technical internship role during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.
  • As a Customer Experience Insights Analyst, you will be working alongside digital self-service product teams to understand customer behavior and customer journeys through surveys, web analytics, session transcripts, and other existing data sources.
  • Your goal will be to understand customer pain points and present actionable recommendations to the product teams responsible for digital support touchpoints such as support.hp.com, HP Support Assistant, related apps, and the Virtual Assistant chatbot.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $66,000 to $101,000 per year. The perks will vary, of course, based on the job status (full-time or part-time) and the size of the company.

About You

  • High School Degree.
  • 3rd Year of University completed–typically a non-technical degree specialization.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to be investigative/curious. Fluent in using major mainstream software services including but not limited to MS office and collaboration applications
  • Strong written skills that demonstrate the ability to communicate business problems and solutions in a precise and concise manner.
  • Awareness and exposure in Tableau, Medallia, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Adobe, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in understanding and analyzing data.
  • Strong ability to collaborate both within a team and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of statistics basics such as bias, control limits, and statistical significance.
  • Your skills to understand the data relative to the customer journey and communicating insights through data visualization and presentations will be showcased.
