5G Strategy for Always Connected PCs Internship (Start ASAP)

Job Description

And your 5G, always-connected notebook PC (ACPC) is central to this vision.  Your ACPC and network know that your Zoom meetings outrank your kids’ online gaming, etc.  

Join us for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real-world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Responsibilities

• Perform market research and analysis to identify PC use cases enhanced by the capabilities of 5G vs Wi-Fi and LTE
• Study existing & planned HP services to identify opportunities for enhancement thru ubiquitous 5G connectivity
• Work closely with product planning teams
• Support business development engagements with tier 1 wireless telcos in US, Europe & Asia 
• Evaluate and develop partnerships with other connectivity providers
• Execute market research projects and gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and end user trends
• Our intern will gain significant exposure to the telecom & PC industry models and a more detailed understanding of the connectivity aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree, 1st year of MBA program completed.
• Proficient with Office suite, Telecomm knowledge or experience preferred
• Presentation and analytical skills
• Business case development
• Self-starters
