Your Role

  • Early Career Engineer Rotational Program (ECERP) was developed to provide recent chemical and mechanical engineering graduates with the opportunity to be exposed to and trained across multiple businesses and functions.
  • This program provides hands-on engineering experience in project-based assignments.
  • ECERP participants will rotate throughout many of Honeywell’s manufacturing facilities and site locations for up to 36 months while learning about site operations and designing solutions to challenging problems.
  • Throughout the rotation, participants are exposed to many different core elements while learning Honeywell’s processes and operating systems to achieve success.

About You

  • BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University or College.
  • Must have obtained a degree within 12 months of the date of hire.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and relocate domestically multiple times throughout the program for short- and long-term assignments.
  • Experiential learning term (summer intern - one or multiple co-op experiential terms) preferred.
  • Ability to work well with others at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a physically challenging environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot plant problems.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to change and to help lead change efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technological systems and software.
