About You

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not an MBA) at an accredited college or university  
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - and July 2025 
  • Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing a current degree program
  • Geographical mobility throughout the Future Finance Leader’s Program 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA, 3.5 GPA preferred 
  • Leadership roles in campus and/or volunteer activities 
  • Strong PC Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SAP 
  • Data analytic certificate or classes 
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, and  
  • The ability to multi-task, demonstrate a strong presence, and work efficiently in a challenging work environment
