Your Role

  • You will be helping to develop strategic business plans for some of the top clients of the Global Markets Division.
  • Analysis of client information to understand recent trends and provide strategic insight on GS' positioning to generate business opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to drive business process efficiencies, you will be helping to develop new tools and process to enhance the productivity of the desk.
  • Manage a diverse group of cross-functional senior stakeholders, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential. As is the ability to take onboard feedback and iterate fast.
  • Organize content delivery events for C-Suite executives with the most knowledgeable specialists of the firm.

The firm’s learning programs range from skills-based offerings and high-potential leadership programs to roundtable discussions and talks hosted by senior leaders. Through Goldman Sachs University (GSU), new hires receive resources to accelerate their integration including access to digital learning even before the first day and orientation programs with an emphasis on culture and networking.  Additionally, we offer an expansive library of self-directed digital offerings, ranging from eLearnings on communicating with impact to a podcast series on understanding our businesses. Salary & Benefits

The estimated total pay for this role is from $61,000 to 259,000 per year. We offer a wide range of health and welfare programs that vary depending on office location. These generally include medical, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, life, accidental death, labor accident and business travel accident insurance.
