Your Role

Responsible for tracking in-content sales and marketing promotion obligations across event and studio programming, as well as social platforms, and reporting results to senior leadership. This position is responsible for working with multiple departments to confirm execution details, communicate discrepancies and deliver analytics on the effectiveness of the sales and promotion integration process.

  • Day-to-day management of sales and promotion tracking and reporting studio and event programming and social platforms.

Training & Development

ESPN has a Leadership GPS, which is a tool used by employees to track their development progress. The Leadership GPS helps employees set development goals. It also provides advice on which types of development activities (such as courses, job shadowing, or experiences) are available and will help them meet their goals. ESPN The University offers courses related to different business areas, which are taught by executives and business leaders. This is important because its gets company leaders from different business areas involved in developing employees. It also helps to provide employees with a greater understanding of the different aspects of ESPN’s business such as production, programming, and HR, and how they fit together.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated total pay for this role ranges from $56,000 to $88,000 per year. Disney offers a competitive total rewards package that includes pay, health and savings benefits, time-off programs, educational opportunities, and more. Together, these rewards make up a comprehensive package that helps our employees and cast members live their best life, grow personally and professionally and take advantage of the special extras that only Disney can provide.

Career Progression

In ESPN, it was reported that seniors such as your managers position your training for promotion and career advancement, providing support and providing you with enough autonomy to make decisions in addition to this, as internal promotions are preferred over hires, it is more likely for interns to be offered full-time positions after their work duration and current employees to scale up the ladder.

Work-Life Balance

ESPN provides employees with many resources to meet their wellness needs through on-site facilities at the Bristol headquarters and additional Wellness in the Workplace initiatives and programs for all locations. Wellness services include guided and audio meditation, yoga in the workspace, a workout of the day, on-site and off-site intramurals, an on-site B4, wellness education and awareness campaigns, healthy cafeteria menu options, a weight management program, and more.

ESPN's core values include “care, respect, diversity, teamwork, creativity, quality, integrity, the aggressive pursuit of new ideas, audience growth and building shareholder value,” and this certainly shines true as the company recognizes the importance of maintaining these values at their company.
