Support the Brand Marketing team with the management of projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Support team members with the research of industry trends
Proactive involvement in Brand team functions, including team and specific project meetings
Collaborate with other groups within and outside the Marketing organization to help drive cross-department learnings and uncover opportunities
Responsibilities
Fundamental understanding of the ESPN portfolio
Familiarity with ESPN+ and the sports streaming landscape
Knowledgeable about sports from both a fan and business perspective
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
Experience in Sports Marketing
Detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Appreciation for industry trends, new technologies, and unique storytelling
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of marketing principles
Enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited college/university in the semester before the internship.
Internship Eligibility
Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR have graduated within the last 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
