Work-Life Balance

Working at Deloitte is more than a job. While a career at Deloitte will always be about working with smart people, taking on big challenges, and defining an unlimited future, it's also about enjoying your life. Deloitte people really value the idea of having a good life, both at work and in life.

Culture & Vibe

The culture at Deloitte is fairly flexible. Past workers have said that instead of strict 9-5 hours they are simply given tasks to do and go home when they are done. However, the slightly lax structure leads to working long hours in the office because people stop and chat throughout the day. This vibe also has positives and contributes to a more open, inclusive, and collaborative workspace. It negates the competitive nature of the corporate world

About You

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or a related field.
  • Work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
