Your Role

• Primarily focusing on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfill and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and program objectives.
• PingParticipating in a client’s contracting process by fulfilling steps in a client’s playbook for its contract lifecycle ( i.e., reviewing, abstracting, creating, redlining, and providing negotiation support for a broad range of commercial contractual agreements, including but not limited to NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, data protection agreements, marketing agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
• Delivering the above activities in accordance with agreed-upon process steps, and key performance indicators tracking speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
• If necessary, support the updating of the client’s contracting playbooks.

Salary & Benefits

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law, technology, operations, finance, accounting (or related field)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
• Level of familiarity with technology and its application in the contract lifecycle management field
• High level of attention to detail
• Travel up to 25%
• The start date for this position will be in the Summer/Fall of 2023 or the Winter of 2024
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• Microsoft Office and other technology skills including, but not limited to, Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, Tableau
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
