Your role

Job Summary:

This position will work on crucial elements of an effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Program, including aspects such as Lockout Tagout SOP Development, Machine Guarding Assessment, Ergonomic Evaluations, Hazard Communication, and Job Safety Analysis. This individual will assist in developing and tracking data required to monitor and drive continuous improvement, and in delivering world-class EHS performance.

Training & development

Interns will gain hands-on experience in key components of an effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Program, including SOP development, machine guarding assessment, and hazard communication. You'll assist in data tracking for continuous improvement, contributing to the delivery of world-class EHS performance while developing valuable skills in EHS management and compliance.

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Sophomore or Junior students enrolled in a STEM degree program looking for up to a 2-3 year Internship Co-op opportunity.
  • As increased college is completed, responsibilities will also increase.
  • Authorization to work in the United States with no need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

A general knowledge and understanding of EHS, OSHA, EPA and or DOT are preferred, but not required.
