Your Role

The Launch Internship is an eleven-week paid internship program for students aspiring to be engineers and seeking an opportunity to learn about the finance industry. As a Launch Intern, you will join us in a premier destination of learning and mentorship. Additional responsibilities are:

• Aid in creating technological tools that bring investing and trading strategies to life 
• Work on high-performance, large data research platforms. 
• Collaborate in small teams to help build the future of finance.
• Be immersed in the industry and see how tech is applied in finance.  
• Learn and grow personally and professionally through project work and curated development programming.

Salary & Benefits

Citadel offers attractive benefits and perks which include free annual biometric screenings, employee assistance programs for the accident, death, and dismemberment insurance, gym on-site, Paid time off, transport allowance, and a flexible spending account. The expected base salary range for this role is $206,400 to $230,400 per year. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.

About You

To qualify for this role, you must be:

• Currently, a Sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a STEM-related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in at least one coding language.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex, and highly technical team environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving challenging problems using technology.
