Recruitment Process

Step One – Apply! Complete a short application form, upload a copy of your resume, transcript and work rights and then you're in.

Step Two – Phone interview. Chat to one of the team within a few weeks of applying. Just a short call with one of their recruiters so they can get to know you a little better.

Step Three – Aptitude testing. A short online assessment - they know you're used to these! Typically < 30 minutes. 

Step Four – Video interview (not recorded!). Speak to a real person and ask more questions.

Step Five – Discovery Day. Meet the leaders, learn more about us and complete assessments. One full day and they try and squeeze in a site tour if we can. 

Step Six – Pre-employment checks and offer. This includes medical, background checks and references.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Salary

Graduates are typically paid at or above market rate. Cement Australia also understand their rotation program can cost money, so they fully support your relocation with:

  • Flights
  • Car relocation
  • Temporary accommodation while you get yourself sorted (~4 weeks)
  • A cash allowance (taxed) to help with movement of personal goods and all the other costs that go with moving
