Your Role

The E-commerce Operations Team that manages BungieStore.com seeks an intern during Summer 2023 to support the team during a period of re-branding and re-structuring of the online storefront. Additional responsibilities:

• Assist the Consumer Products Team by performing ad-hoc reporting of retail sales and web analytics for analysis, trends, and purchase order creation.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for wireframes and storefront redesign mockups.
• Support the Consumer Products team by creating and organizing documentation for historical and operational reference.

About You

• Currently enrolled in a U.S. college, university, or related program and returning to school in the fall upon conclusion of the internship.
• Basic understanding of HTML or similar web languages.
• Familiarity with a content management system or eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, or Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Understanding of e-commerce UX best practices and website design.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel using functions such as Pivot and VLOOKUP.
• Passion for online retail especially merchandise related to video games.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adjust and adapt to changing needs, priorities, and requests.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks throughout the summer with a set May or June start date.
