Your role

  • Develop and put into operation RF Communication Hardware
  • POC Communication Hardware
  • Develop and implement communication protocols

Training, development & rotation

This is a full-time internship position for a Fall Rotation, expected to start around September 18, 2023, through March 15, 2024, in Mountain View, CA. During your internship, you will get broad supervision and regular feedback, allowing you to develop your potential best. Compensation & benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. The salary range for this position is between US$83,136 - US$97,510. About you

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university 
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application (year 3 or 4)
  • Field of study: Engineering or related
  • Experience with Embedded SW Design, C/C++, and Communication Networks
  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international students only)
  • Must attach a copy of the college's unofficial transcript
  • Interest in the field of automotive
  • Willingness to work on an international team
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week) for 5-6 months 
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical capabilities
