Your role as a Travel Consultant: As a Travel Consultant at Big Cedar Lodge, you will play a vital role in assisting guests with planning and organizing their travel itineraries and accommodations. Your main responsibility is to deliver outstanding, personalized guest service by promptly answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner. You will provide guests with detailed information about the resort's services, dining options, and activities, ensuring their questions are answered and suggesting additional experiences that align with their preferences.

You will manage multiple reservation software systems, processing reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. It is crucial to maintain a thorough knowledge of all room types, rates, packages, and booking procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests. Additionally, you will be expected to handle daily correspondence promptly and effectively, responding to inquiries and making reservations as needed.

As a Travel Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training that covers the resort's offerings, reservation systems, and customer service best practices.
