Your role

You’ll either join one of Barclay's business-facing teams, supporting a particular business division, or one of Barclay's firm-wide core teams, supporting the entire Group. You may:

  • Review policy breaches and escalations to identify themes and create recommendations to increase efficiency
  • Draft procedures for regulatory disclosures
  • Advise colleagues about regulations related to specific products and services
  • Help maintain the barrier between the private side and public side teams
  • Work closely with IT to represent Compliance requirements for new systems.

Compensation & Benefits

The total pay for an Intern at Barclays is $75,000 per year.

About you

To be considered for this program, you must:

  • To be considered for this program, you must be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 – June 2025 and a GPA of 3.2 or above.

Ideally, you would also have

  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
  • Resourcefulness, leadership, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
