Your Role

The American Express Discovery Program (ADP) is a three-day in-person and virtual diversity-focused program that affords promising undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about American Express. You will be involved with:

  • Networking with a diverse group of Amex colleagues and peers. 
  • Finding out which Amex business unit best matches your interests. 
  • Hearing from our senior leaders during fireside chats. 
  • Participating in interactive activities to help develop your skillset. 

Training, Development & Rotations

American Express offers a customized program designed in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing and leading business experts. This interactive, virtual program enables employees to learn from each other and prepares them to achieve their leadership potential because growing great leaders is one of the things that sets American Express apart. 

Salary & Benefits

As an employee, you are entitled to receive comprehensive packages which include flexible work schedules, real-time coaching & feedback, on-demand learning modules comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, disability benefits, access to on-site Healthy Living Wellness Centers, counseling services, incentive awards, and childcare & in-home care. The salary range for this role ranges from $41,000 to $102,000 per year.

About You

  • Current enrollment in a full-time Undergraduate Degree Program with an expected graduation date between December 2024 to June 2025.
  • Field of study including Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative or business majors. 
  • Leadership aptitude and desire to continually learn, collaborate and grow.
