This interactive, virtual program enables employees to learn from each other and prepares them to achieve their leadership potential because growing great leaders is one of the things that sets American Express apart.
As an employee, you are entitled to receive comprehensive packages which include flexible work schedules, real-time coaching & feedback, on-demand learning modules comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, disability benefits, access to on-site Healthy Living Wellness Centers, counseling services, incentive awards, and childcare & in-home care. The salary range for this role ranges from $41,000 to $102,000 per year.
